When this happens in México: Holder may request the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, issuing a new document, after fulfilling the requirements for the issuance of ordinary passports for the first time over 18 years, under 18 or disabled. Also invariably must submit a copy certified by the Public Prosecutor of the complaint raised to the document.
When this occurs abroad: Holder may request the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, issuing a new document, after fulfilling the requirements for the issuance of ordinary passports for the first time over 18 years, under 18 or disabled.
